Therapy modalities/treatments are designed for different purposes and are not one-size-fits all.

I've trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities to be able to provide you with a distinct approach that fits you and your current needs. Here are the main modalities/treatments I offer to individuals.

Supportive and non-judgmental therapy is crucial for true growth. I fully believe it's my duty to provide an inclusive space and therapy experience that respects each person's unique identity and experience.

  • Staying informed of systemic inequalities and the impact to marginalized communities.
     

  • Honoring the intersectionality of my clients' identities and lived experiences.
